Jamie & Corey – Fort Bragg, CA Wedding

It was a beautiful, overcast day.  Very typical for the Northern California coast. There might not have been blue skies, but all the love that was present that day shined brighter than the sun.

Jamie grew up spending time in Fort Bragg with her family, so it was only fitting that she marry her best friend there as well. Their closest friends and family made the trip up the coast to be there for their special day. Each side of their families got a vacation rental from Air B&B.  Both houses had beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean, making for a beautiful backdrop.

Jamie and Corey chose the beautiful Pacific Star Winery as their wedding venue and said “I do” on a cliff overlooking the ocean.  As it had been raining off and on that day, when Jamie arrived at the venue and the sun started peeking out from the cloud, all their guests crowded around and the ceremony began.

The rain started right as we finished out portrait session and everyone made their way into the reception tent which was romantically light by candles and lanterns.  Jamie and Corey laughed and shared their first meal as husband and wife with those closest to them.  They shared their first dance as husband and wife to the sound of George Strait singing “Give It All We’ve Got Tonight.”  It was such an incredible evening and everyone was so happy!  Exactly how you want your wedding day to be!

Jamie and Corey, thank you again for having me photograph your special day!  Wishing you a lifetime of happiness and more memories made together!

This was so perfectly captured! I love every single image so much. The bride and groom chose such stunning, soft colors! I just love that the rain stopped just in time. That’s so like God. The floral arrangements were simple but so pretty! Loved the cake and the "get cozy" with the blankets. How ben and I would’ve loved for you to capture our day. If I showed you those pictures. You would die!!!! Hahha
