As I have said multiple times throughout my career, one of the things I love about my job is watching people fall in love and the life that come from it. As a wedding photographer, it is truly an honor to see your couples turn into families.
I have had the honor of photographing Aaron and Melissa’s wedding several years ago, their maternity photos last summer, their newborn daughter a month or so later and its so hard to believe that she is already 6 months old!! I know time just flies by, but seeing how much she has grown in such a short time makes it feel like it flew by even faster.
We met at a park in Roseville on a cloudy day and prayed that the rain would hold off for our session. Thankfully the rain started as we were leaving! I actually prefer to shoot on overcast days because the clouds help to diffuse the sunlight and makes for such soft and even light.
Little Kharis is so adorable and her big eyes are so full of joy, even at such an early age! I loved her dress and wish they made one in my size! She is big enough to sit on her own and was mesmerized by the dogs walking past us. There is so much personality in her tiny frame and she is so smart. She is also such a lucky little lady because you can tell how much her parents love her just in how they look at her.
