One of my goals for this year was to go on at least 1 inspiring outing a month. Something that would feed my creative soul. Something outside of photography. I haven’t been very good at keeping to this goal for most of the past few months, so when I saw that Alyssa from Bella Nozze florals was having a workshop at West Elm in the Fountains in Roseville a couple weeks ago, I knew I had to go.
I have admired Alyssa’s work for quite some time and I was excited to meet her in person and to channel my artistic side in a new way. The flowers were all so pretty and there were tools available for us to use to create our arrangements. They even had pastries and mimosas for the attendees to enjoy.
This workshop was so fun and so needed. The lovely people at West Elm were so gracious and made such wonderful hosts. I am looking forward to attending more workshops there. I really think there is something so refreshing when you try something new. My floral arrangement wasn’t the best of the group but I liked it and I loved putting it together! It also gave me a deeper appreciation for floral designers 🙂
Thanks again to Alyssa of Bella Nozze and West Elm in Roseville for having us! It was such a blast!
Love this!!! Thanks for coming Sarah! Loved having you and meeting you in person! And your arrangement was beautiful!
